Project Four Photo for the visual sequence

Image
This is the first photo in my current piece lineup. I'm still deciding if it will be a series of six or four photos to tell the story, but this is my first if I only use four, which is what I'm currently leaning towards.

Project 4 ideas

I've got no photos to show, as I've been using this class period trying to come up with any sort of idea that is both sequential and not dumb. I've decided that I will do a series of photos, lined up on a grid to display the passage of time.  I had a lot of ideas, but this is the one I've settled on. My idea will focus on a set of keys and what happens to them to make them lost. I'll have the actual work posted tomorrow.

Project 3 Final Version

Final Image. I like it the most, and it leaves an interesting background along with a coherent image.

Project 3 Iterations

Image
This was my third iteration, where I layered multiple footprint trails in different types of light techniques, mainly hard light and pin light. I think it turned out pretty good. For the volcano image, there were two different types of lighting that I liked. This was my favorite iteration. Using a used palette, I played around with it until it made this vibrant blue speckled background. This is my final image choice.

Project Three Final Photograph, constructed Image

Image
This is my final image, pre-iteration work. Since my word is self-destructive, and following our in-process critique as a class, I decided to leave the image alone so that it could speak for itself rather than insert a drunkenly-passed out artist into it.

Project three blending activity 10/19

Even with my failed image, this is the metaphor activity I completed.
